Shipping policy

Premade Items will ship within 1-2 business days of order received.  

Custom orders will ship within 2-14 days of order received to allow for specific production and depending on the complexity of the order and the number of previous orders in queue.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your order for whatever reason please contact us regarding a return or exchange of your goods.  While Gift Certificates are FINAL SALE, anything else that’s a tangible good can be returned or exchanged for something else that will suit you better.  Your satisfaction is very important to us!
